Make an online financing application safely

Finnvera’s revised Online Services offer clients a clear and efficient channel to apply for financing and to do business with Finnvera. In particular, submitting an application for micro-financing is now even simpler.

Online services are started by clicking the button ONLINE SERVICE on Finnvera’s website. As before, users log in to the service using their own bank identifiers, a Katso ID for organisations, or a FINEID verifier.

The contents of the front page are personalised according to the client’s situation. If a client has submitted online applications, attachments or messages to the service, these are shown immediately when the client logs in to the service. The front page also shows all other online services available for use.

The changes have been made to the Online Services in order to help clients apply for financing. On the basis of the information supplied by applicants on the pre-selection page, the application form is tailored according to their financing needs. When a Finnvera client applies for additional financing, the only data that need to be filled in are the company’s basic data, any changes that may have taken place, and the purpose for which financing is applied.

Usability has been improved by providing field-specific instructions, as well as general instructions. The instructions appear by clicking buttons marked with a question mark. There are also model applications for browsing.

Finnvera hopes that the revised Online Services offer both present and new clients an increasingly efficient channel to Finnvera’s selection of services.
