On 13 November 2003, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Finnvera plc elected Kyösti Karjula, MP, to the Supervisory Board of Finnvera plc. At the same time, Mr. Karjula was elected the First Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Seppo Kääriäinen, MP, stepped down from the Supervisory Board of Finnvera plc after he had become a Minister in the Finnish Government. Mr. Karjula replaces Mr. Kääriäinen on Finnvera¿s Supervisory Board.
