Environmental Impact Questionnaire

The environmental impact questionnaire provided on our website is in Adobe pdf file format. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and fill in the questionnaire.

The questionnaire works with Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 5 or with newer version. When using an earlier version, you should note that only the text visible in the questionnaire is printed out, even though you can write more.

If you don’t have Acrobat Reader on your computer, you can download it free of charge from the Adobe Web site .

A questionnaire filled in with the free Acrobat Reader software cannot be saved; it can only be printed out.

If you have a licensed Adobe Acrobat version, you can save the questionnaire after it has been filled in. (Save the questionnaire on your own computer and open the Acrobat program for completing.)
