Finnvera issues a bond of EUR 100 million
Finnvera plc has today issued a three-year, floating-rate bond for a maximum sum of EUR 100 million. The bond is secured by an absolute guarantee given by the State of Finland.
The bond is encompassed by the book-entry securities system, and an application will be made for the bond to be quoted on Nasdaq OMX Helsinki Ltd. The arrangement is part of Finnvera’s normal acquisition of funds.
The bond is arranged by Sampo Bank plc.
